Mykonos Beads hand-formed, Metalized Ceramic Beads are a labor of love. These truly unique and wonderful beads start as kiln-fired terracotta "biscuits." They are then fired a second time with rough copper, and finished with a coating of Fine Silver (99.9%), Pure Copper, or 24 Karat Gold. Bronze Patinaed Copper, Green Patinaed Copper and Antique Silver finishes are created by applying a chemical patina to the respective metals. 100 metalized ceramic bead shapes are in stock, 3 to 55mm!
